is the founder, retired, of RapidChange Group. She has been on the cutting edge of change management and adult education practices for more than three decades. A former nun, Rodriguez has linked behavioral theory, practical experience and neuroscience to create practical tools for conflict resolution and managing large, diverse organizations. Rodriguez stepped down from full-time RapidChange work in 2008.
