Dan Suwyn’s mission is to translate cutting edge neuroscience and behavioral research into simple, practical tools and insights that leaders can use to improve efficiency, increase profit and develop innovative solutions.

For 24 years, he was a newspaper editor and new media executive, receiving international acclaim for his efforts to modernize news organizations while strengthening community connections. In 2002,  Suwyn was diagnosed with Parkinson’s and stepped away from the media world to learn more about the brain. He discovered numerous brain lessons that can be used to solve today’s thorniest problems.

In 2006, he became the third CEO & chief storyteller of the RapidChange Group.

She is a nationally recognized expert in use of the Enneagram, a student of neruoscience and a sought-after personal consultant.

Barbara has been with RapidChange for 14 years and brings a strong passion for “walking our talk” to her role as Professional Development Director of our training staff.

Mark Suwyn has forged a 40+ year career bringing Fortune 500 companies back from the brink of disaster, managing successful mergers and successfully engaging thousands of employees in delivering remarkable business outcomes.

In addition to his work with RapidChange, he is a turn-around consultant for Goldman-Sachs and Harpeth Capital. He has served as CEO and Chairman of NewPage Corp., the largest producer of coated paper in North America, CEO and Chairman of building products manufacturer Louisiana-Pacific, senior vice president for International Paper and spent 25 years with DuPont Company gaining experience in R&D, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources and Executive Management in numerous businesses and industries.
