Employee Town Hall Meetings
A safe and structured format for getting real issues to surface that allows employees and managers to focus on solutions, not blame. This approach clarifies which issues have management-driven solutions and which have employee-driven solutions. Responsibility, authority and accountability are allocated. Time frames are set and a definition of success is agreed upon.

For leaders who are new to an organization. We help the group honor the past as a way of quickly moving forward. We take a cross section of employees and managers and build a critical events timeline that allows new leaders to understand and ask questions about what has preceded them and its impact on the current status of the business and the workplace culture.
Presentations & Speaking Engagements
Our highly experienced faculty is available to give presentations on the importance of engagement, new means of employee development, cognitive research, and the practical use of neuroscience in the workplace.
