Sustaining the benefits of RapidChange tools and insights is  when you train key people in your company to deliver future workshops.  Our three-day train-the-trainer program immerses  8-10 of your influential leaders into the brain research and business best-practices that are central to your success. They will be coached in both content and delivery. After successful completion of the three-day workshop, each candidate will have the opportunity to teach workshops alongside a RapidChange faculty member and then on their own.
