Sustaining the benefits of RapidChange tools and insights is  when you train key people in your company to deliver future workshops.  Our three-day train-the-trainer program immerses  8-10 of your influential leaders into the brain research and business best-practices that are central to your success. They will be coached in both content and delivery. After successful completion of the three-day workshop, each candidate will have the opportunity to teach workshops alongside a RapidChange faculty member and then on their own.

During this three-day workshop, facilitators at LeanSixSigma companies are taught how to embed RapidChange tools into the SIPOC and DMAIC approaches. In other organizations, RapidChange tools are wed with sales strategies, customer services initiatives and other improvement programs.
