We don’t teach “leadership” or any other subject at RapidChange. We teach people – individuals who have different motivators and who can work in different cultures, even in when they are in the same building.
Our faculty has a combined executive experience of more than 200 years. Their work has led them to the two most important questions for leaders and employees:
