Our research shows that “Culture eats Strategy.” RapidChange Leadership is designed to develop leaders who can develop the strategy, navigate the culture and execute the plan. Our curriculum focuses on:

- Communication – verbal, nonverbal and “social”
- Stress & Time management
- Developing others
- Getting the most from your every day leverage points – (meetings, decisions, development)
Rapid Action Plans: Each leader will develop his or her own Rapid Action Plan based on their diagnostics, their performance in the workshops and with the assistance of a RapidChange faculty member. These plans can be integrated into an organization’s existing goals and performance evaluation system.
Our experience tells us that when your employees learn to constructively solve their own problems, the problems tend to stay solved!
